Yoga for Everyone!

Join us at Ong King Wednesday nights at 5:45 the month of July. Experience the balance of Yoga practice as we explore strengthening and opening, movement and stillness, effort and relaxation.
Your instructor, Laurie Hower, has been practicing a variety of Yoga styles since 2001 and teaching a blended approach that is accommodating to all body types and levels of experience since 2005.
If you have a mat, please bring it. You may also want to bring a small towel.

Class is $10 per person.
Wednesdays 5:45-7 p.m.
